The Reinvention Partnership
A 3 to 6 month executive coaching engagement for people at a threshold in their work. Get clear on what comes next, and become capable of it.
When the old way of working no longer fits
You might be stepping up to lead at a higher level, or perhaps your industry is shifting under your feet. Maybe you’ve finally decided to build the thing you’ve been carrying around for years.
Whatever brought you here, you’ve probably noticed that the way you work, think, relate and perhaps see yourself was built for a chapter that’s closing.
This coaching programme will help you develop the clarity about what comes next, the capacity to hold it, and the coherence to make the pieces fit, so you can flourish in your next chapter and beyond.
The Partnership is built for:
who are ready to stop circling and start moving.
Step off the treadmill of incremental effort and into a version of yourself and your working life that’s deliberately designed, precisely positioned and built to flourish.
Work on yourself and your work, at the same time
Most support only addresses one piece of the equation: your mindset, your strategy or your tools. But these elements don’t exist independently. They can either reinforce or weaken each other. Lengthen one leg of a stool and it doesn’t stand taller. It wobbles.
The Partnership holds them together around four questions:
- 01
What is the future you’re moving towards, and what does flourishing within it look like?
- 02
Who do you need to become to carry it?
- 03
What systems and support will hold it in place?
- 04
How will you and your work meet the world?
Reinvention rarely means starting over
Not every reinvention looks the same. Most take one of five shapes, and one usually leads:
- Pivot
- The old direction no longer fits. You’re turning towards work that’s more aligned with your goals and who you’re becoming.
- Ascent
- You’re being called higher: more responsibility, more visibility, more scale.
- Recompose
- You have many pieces, and they’re ready to become one coherent whole.
- Create
- You’re building something that doesn’t exist yet: a business, a practice, a body of work.
- Disruption
- You’ve been confronted with a momentous, externally imposed shift, and you’re reclaiming your agency to define what comes next and who you will be within it.
Knowing which one is leading changes what the work needs. So that’s where we start.
From first look to lasting change
The Inquiry: see the whole picture
We begin with The Work Ahead Assessment. It looks at your working life across six dimensions: Direction, Work, Value, Position, Becoming and Infrastructure.
On their own, each might look fine. Together, they tell the inside story: where the pieces fit, where they pull against each other, and why more effort in one place hasn’t fixed things. It’s a view most people never get, because most help only looks at one piece at a time.
Then we sit down for a two-hour debrief. You’ll leave knowing what you’re already clear about, where the tensions sit, which kind of reinvention is leading, and the one question this whole chapter hinges on.
A programme designed around you
After the debrief, I design your coaching programme, also known as your Reinvention Partnership Plan. Not a curriculum you slot into. Not a framework with your name added at the top. It’s built from what the Inquiry showed us about you, your work and the support you need.
It sets our direction: what we’re working towards, what good looks like, and how we’ll know it’s working. And it names the two to four shifts that will make the biggest difference, so you can stop trying to change everything at once.
Will a plan made in week three survive real life? It isn’t meant to stand still. Each session meets you where you are that week, and the plan evolves as we learn. My job as your Reinvention Partner is to hold the whole picture, so you don’t have to hold it alone.
The work
We meet every two weeks. You set the agenda, with my support. What happens in the room depends on what you need and the progress we’re making in your Reinvention Partnership Plan.
Some sessions are coaching. We stretch, challenge and strengthen how you think, decide, see yourself and lead. Others are advisory: how you approach your work, where your time and effort go and what they return, your relationships with clients or teams, your positioning and your systems.
In between, you run experiments we design together. Small, real tests in your actual week, so change happens in your life and not just in our conversations. Once a month, we step back, review progress and adjust course.
Three months or six? Three months is enough to get clear, set the new direction and start acting on it. Six months gives that direction time to meet real life again and again, until it holds. I recommend six for most people. It isn’t about what kind of person you are. It’s about how much support you want, and for how long, to really feel the difference.
Integration: make it last
The goal was never to need a coach forever. So the last month is designed around what happens after.
We rerun the Assessment and set it beside your first. Instead of a vague sense that things feel better, you’ll see what actually changed: what’s clearer, what’s shifted, and which tensions are still there.
Then we write your Post-Partnership Plan, built from who you are now, not who you were when we started. You leave with momentum, and a map for what comes next.
Support that doesn’t stop when the session ends
Here’s what usually happens with coaching. You leave a session with a breakthrough. By Thursday, a hard week has swallowed it. Two weeks later, half the next session goes on catching up.
The Work Ahead Companion is built to change that. It’s a co-intelligent AI system tuned to you: your Assessment, the path you’re on, the decisions you make and the work we do together. It grows with you, so the longer you use it, the more useful it becomes.
Use it to think through a live decision, rehearse a difficult conversation, design and log your experiments, or spot patterns that are hard to see from the inside. It won’t flatter you or hand you verdicts. It reflects, questions and pushes back, the way a good thinking partner should. And it never replaces our work together.
You can always see what it understands about you, and correct it. It’s there between sessions, and after we finish.

Founding clients keep the Companion and the self-paced programme for life.

Hi, I’m Anwulika
I’m an executive coach and the founder of Changing People. I work with people who want lives that are both meaningful and ambitious, and who are willing to become the person that kind of life asks for.
I trained in vertical development coaching at the Vertical Development Institute, which focuses on how adults navigate complexity, expand the way they make sense of the world and themselves, and act within it. I’ve accompanied thousands of people globally through change, designing transformative programmes and working with the world’s leading minds. My work is trusted by leaders at Google, Greater Good Studio, Oxfam Novib, and Microsoft.
I’ve rebuilt my own working life more than once, across fields and countries. I know what it’s like to change a lot while protecting what matters most.
I take your ambition and who you’re becoming as you pursue it seriously. I’ll expand your capacity to hold the life and impact you’re reaching for, without burning out or compromising the parts of yourself you value most. I’ll help you see what’s hard to see from the inside, and keep the work grounded in your real week and the decisions in front of you.
Both Partnership options include the Inquiry, the self-paced programme and the Companion.
Start with The Inquiry
Every Partnership begins with the Inquiry, and you can book it first, on its own, for $1,250. Two weeks to see the whole picture and find the question this chapter hinges on, before we design anything. When you continue into the Partnership, the $1,250 comes off your final balance.
Begin where every Partnership begins
The Inquiry gives you two weeks to see your whole working life clearly and find the one question this chapter hinges on.
Bookings open on 2 November. Join the waitlist and you’ll be among the first to hear when they do.
